Wednesday’s Board of Supervisors meeting was highlighted by the Riverside Drive property hearings. With little fanfare, the Board voted 5-0 to give the property owner 90
days to demolish the property, or the County would take it upon themselves to tear down the structure and assess the cost to the owner.
The rest of the agenda was passed without dispute, including the LINK hiring the Matrix Design Group as the consultant for the Joint Land Use Study with the Columbus AirForce Base.
Thumbs up to Leroy Brooks and the rest of the Board of Supervisors for voting that anyone who applies for a board appointment, be required to read the job description for the appointment and sign that they understand the requirements. It’s not perfect, but it is a start.

Is there a free trip to Reno, Nevada to learn to tie your shoes?? I am surprised Leroy did not object.
